RENTERS INSURANCE
Renter’s Insurance is required per your lease. All tenants are required to have renter’s insurance and keep it active and paid in full while living in our units. A current copy of the Insurance Declaration Page needs to be on file with your lease in our office at all times. Not having this is a violation of your lease. Every year when your policy is renewed, we need to receive an updated copy of the policy.
This is a list of insurance agents that Cherry Lane Realty, Inc. uses. You are in no way obligated to use these agents for your renters insurance. These companies know what is required and charge the most reasonable rates we have found through our tenants.
